Shift: 6:00AM - 2:30PM, Mon. - Fri.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Use a forklift to place or remove pallets of finished goods on warehouse shelves

  • Package and label items for shipment

  • Keep track of shipments and product relocations within the warehouse

  • Responsible for locating products on shelves, packing them, and transporting them to trucks or shipping containers

  • Follow all safety regulations

  • Hand case picking orders and prepared pallets of good for transportation

  • Assist with other tasks as needed, including loading and unloading delivery trucks

  • Receive and confirm quantities for incoming shipments

  • Prepare the items for shipping and complete the necessary paperwork within the required timeframe to ensure the all orders are processed correctly.

  • Locate products using inventory system

  • Retrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy

  • Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks

  • Build pallets for LTL and TL carrier continually

  • Cleaning and tidying as required to maintain a safe work environment/warehouse

  • Assist with inventory cycle counts to ensure proper inventory numbers

  • Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment

  • Putting away incoming inventory into specified areas

  • Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions

  • Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards

  • Other duties as required.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)

  • Six or more months of experience operating forklift

  • Ability to work safely with warehouse equipment, minimizing risk to people, machinery, and products

  • OSHA certification (preferred)

  • Hand-eye coordination

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Mechanical skills

  • Proven experience as order picker in a warehouse position

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Experience or license in handling forklifts, pallets jacks and other warehouse equipment

  • Experience in voice picking systems or RF devices

  • Able to read and write in English

  • Great attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks to maintain production quotas

  • Diligent and punctual

  • Good physical strength and stamina

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $17.00 – 23.75. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
