Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect specializing in Workforce Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing system architecture designs for large ERP systems, with a focus on Kronos or UKG Dimensions. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business and IT alignment while leveraging reusable architecture capabilities. Responsibilities:

• Utilize Visio to produce SAD Solution Architecture Design logical architecture diagrams and system data context diagrams in compliance with Honda IT standards.

• Develop system architecture designs for large ERP systems, with a focus on Kronos/Time Labor, involving a high degree of integration.

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Apply expertise to address problems related to systems integration compatibility and multiple platform integration.

• Collaborate with IT management to define and develop technology strategy, technology standards roadmaps, and practices.

• Analyze and recommend software acquisitions and alternative solutions/methodologies/strategies and tools.

• Stay current with trends and technological innovations in the Automotive and IT industry, making appropriate development recommendations.

• Lead evaluation, design, and analysis for implementing solutions architecture across UKG Workforce Pro Dimensions and other integrated business applications.

• Translate business and technical requirements into a comprehensive Solution Architectural Design (SAD) that aligns with business objectives and expectations.

• Develop target state architecture, including Workforce Management solutions specifically UKG Workforce Pro Dimensions, incorporating Logical Architecture and System Data Context diagrams in accordance with internal IT system architecture standards.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 2 major projects in the Solution Architect role.

• Proficiency in Visio with a medium to expert skill set.

• Extensive experience in end-to-end architectural design, inclusive of Workforce Management solutions such as Kronos or UKG Dimensions.

• Strong understanding of integration network application security technologies and trends.

• Ability to architect solutions involving custom data connectors and mechanisms.

• Familiarity with connectivity across multiple platforms, such as Kronos to SAP-SuccessFactors/EC/ECP and other relevant systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify risks associated with component or application implementation.

• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business and IT alignment.
