Clearco Senior Sales Manager in Toronto, Ontario

Our revolutionary Invoice Funding product allows entrepreneurs to fund their expenses, including marketing and inventory, without giving up cash flow so they can plan for the future.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Manage, coach, and mentor your team of Senior and Mid Market Account Executives
Hold the team accountable to attainment metrics and KPIs
Advise on strategic deals and negotiations; join customer meetings as required
Deliver on monthly, quarterly and annual targets for your team
Maintain accurate Salesforce data for your team and provide reliable forecast information to senior leadership
Recruit, hire, onboard and provide continued training to meet headcount needs, increase efficiency and enhance team attainment
Assist in improving processes, tools, and playbooks to evolve the team
Proactively analyze sales data and metrics to drive incremental improvement in individual, team, and company performance
You will thrive if you:
Have 4 years of experience in a sales leadership role with a business or finance background
Have experience working within the finance or fintech space
Have experience building go-to-market strategy and sales plans with cross-functional and executive team members
Have a history of coaching high-performing teams who are motivated to do better and think bigger as a result of your leadership
Are a creative problem solver that can analyze sales data and metrics to drive incremental improvements throughout the full sales cycle
Are adaptable and growth oriented mindset, always open to delivering and receiving feedback
Have experience engaging senior-level executives, C-Suite - our customers are entrepreneurs and financial executives
Have passion and empathy to help businesses win
