Amazon Field Sales Operations Analyst, Canada in Toronto, Ontario

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is seeking an experienced, self-directed, detailed oriented Sales Operations Analyst with strong project management, organizational, collaboration and communication skills to support the Partner Organization. This is a high business impact role for a candidate who is passionate about taking ownership of managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment, reporting and tracking to project completion and at times, stepping up to contribute/author well-structured reporting documents using a data-first approach to articulate business impact to our stakeholders, leadership and customers. You are a strategic thinker and operationally focused. This professional should be able to work across cross-functional teams in a productive and professional manner and can work through ambiguity and most blockers without a high degree of escalation. They should look to solve root causes of problems and innovate to develop processes and frameworks that scale with the business. This role is a stepping stone into becoming a Field Operations leader. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and skilled at working cross-functionally with a variety of internal stakeholders and able to multi-task. This is a hands-on role; a successful candidate must be willing and eager to “roll up their sleeves”. Key Job Responsibilities include:

• Gather insights from the business through analyzing data, identifying trends, and looking around the corner to develop innovative solutions for Sales and Technical teams

• Simplify processes within the team through creative ideas and inspire change

• Lead Goals planning and analysis for Field Operations leaders

• Be the Single threaded leader for account management and revenue routing and keep Field Operations leaders accountable.

• Provide insights to help shape the strategy of the business, and strategic guidance in best practices of business operations influencing peers and cross functional teams.

Basic Qualifications

· At least 2+ years experience in Sales Operations or Analytics roles.

· Experience utilizing SQL, Excel, and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets.

· Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.

· Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· CRM experience with Salesforce.

· Bachelor’s degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial.

· Hands-on experience of BI tools e.g. Tableau

· Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly.

-Experience with dat analysis and ability to build data models is a plus
