*The Headlines:  *

As the Director of Sales and Operations – Ontario, you will be part of the national retail sales team. You will be responsible for developing a high-performing field sales team focused on results and customer service with a strategic orientation to achieve market share, volume targets, and profits while reducing operating costs.

This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, reporting to the General Manager - Ontario Sales, and works closely with the client solution team, revenue management, supply chain, finance, and other leaders contributing to our ambition of being the First Choice.

Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate Molson Coors' commercial capabilities to become the first choice for consumers and customers by providing leadership, strategic direction, and ensuring the execution of the strategy for the entire province.

  • Ensure rigorous management of results, including financial and volume forecasts, post-activity evaluation, and identification and pursuit of market opportunities.

  • Responsible for achieving sustainable growth in market share and profits in line with the annual operating plan and Molson Coors' First Choice ambition.

  • Through a First Choice lens, establish and support relationships with key customers and optimize go-to-market strategies and priorities.

  • Build a winning culture by developing extraordinary talent.

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or another relevant field.

  • You have at least 10 years of progressive experience in sales management in consumer or direct store delivery industries.
