Aston Carter Bilingual Administrative Assistant in Toronto, Ontario
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and organizing office processes.
Assist with expense accounts, travel bookings, and managing correspondence.
Translate documents and emails between English and French.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room availability.
Maintain cordial relations with colleagues from other departments.
Assist visitors or new employees with administrative aspects.
Qualifications:
Bilingualism (French and English) is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
Previous administrative experience is an asset.
