Responsibilities for Internship position:

  • Assist with client calls and follow-ups, ensuring client queries are addressed promptly and accurately

  • Support the creation of presentation materials used for client meetings and internal use

  • Facilitate logistics for visiting Practice Heads and mangers, including scheduling meetings and helping organize events

  • Perform basic administrative sales tasks such as preparing documents, activity reports, and updating client databases.

  • Support the team with organizing and sending out invitations for client events virtually or in Tokyo, such as the annual GZERO Summit, ad-hoc receptions, conference calls, and marketing events.

  • Regularly update the client and prospect database.

  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as they arise

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in an academic institution

  • Academic background in political science, international relations, business is desirable

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

  • Strong interest in foreign affairs and politics

  • Minimum undergraduate degree in a relevant field

  • Advanced Japanese language skills required, native level preferred

  • Eligible to work in Japan.
