Responsibilities for Internship position:
Assist with client calls and follow-ups, ensuring client queries are addressed promptly and accurately
Support the creation of presentation materials used for client meetings and internal use
Facilitate logistics for visiting Practice Heads and mangers, including scheduling meetings and helping organize events
Perform basic administrative sales tasks such as preparing documents, activity reports, and updating client databases.
Support the team with organizing and sending out invitations for client events virtually or in Tokyo, such as the annual GZERO Summit, ad-hoc receptions, conference calls, and marketing events.
Regularly update the client and prospect database.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as they arise
Qualifications:
Enrolled in an academic institution
Academic background in political science, international relations, business is desirable
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
Strong interest in foreign affairs and politics
Minimum undergraduate degree in a relevant field
Advanced Japanese language skills required, native level preferred
Eligible to work in Japan.
