As a CO+I Learning Program Manager you will contribute to and directly manage programs establishing technical training delivery, workforce training needs analysis, and engaging your team in procedural change management activities in support of the datacenters in your area of responsibility. You’ll leverage project and program management fundamentals as you evaluate and report on training activities in the datacenters and help develop supporting trainers across the team in their own career growth. Location and work-from-home schedule are flexible based on location and time zone coverage.

As a CO+I Learning Program Manager you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and correlate data from training and program metrics to identify learning needs across the business and areas of opportunities to improve learning offerings. Use this data to track progress against team objectives and broader Global Training Operations business goals and measure results for resource prioritization efforts.

  • Provide support for vendor teams to assist in organizing meaningful and connected Key Results and Performance Indicators that support broader business goals.

  • Collaborate with a global team working to integrate existing and proposed learning solutions to meet emerging business needs.

  • Provide solutions for operational risks, training gaps, and learning opportunities and communicate those to stakeholders in partnership with regional training managers.

  • Promote solutions for learning offerings to drive awareness, demand, and consumption of resources across the workforce. Leverage multiple points of influence to target communications and awareness across all layers of the organization.

  • Collaborate with and share global perspectives with regional leadership and program managers and organize resources to drive effective training programs across Data Centers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years training, education, information technology (IT), cloud systems, datacenter environments, or critical environments/facilities experience

  • OR equivalent experience.

Background Check Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience driving operational programs with technical PM's, business managers, operations managers, and executives across the full spectrum of a Global operations organization.

  • Familiarity with business metrics and measuring impact through data systems

  • 2+ years collaborating across multi-layered organizations with numerous supporting functions for an operational workforce

  • Experience leading training delivery outcomes and readiness operations inputs with demonstrated business frameworks and management

  • Operational Planning & Project Management: structured thinking and planning, with a bias for execution

  • Skilled in Microsoft Power Apps and Powerbi
