As a Business HR Manager, you'll be at the heart of our human resources strategy, shaping the employee experience and fostering a vibrant workplace culture. Your role will be pivotal in driving HR initiatives, nurturing talent, and being an ambassador for our values. Together we do what matters!
What you will do
Drive HR strategies in alignment with Avanade's overarching goals and local needs
Lead performance management processes to support employee growth and satisfaction
Manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Develop and implement training and development initiatives for team building and skill enhancement
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness
Serve as a career manager, guiding employees through their professional development paths
Advocate for and maintain Avanade's policies, contributing to their continuous improvement
Skills and experience
Proficient in compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance management
Skilled in developing and executing HR policies and programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
Experience thriving in dynamic environments and embracing ambiguity
Decisive judgment and the ability to contribute both as a team member and individually
Passionate about fostering Avanade's culture and values
Fluency in Japanese and English
