WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CHANGEOVER COORDINATOR

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Coordinate and lead all changeovers on finished product as required by the production schedule.

  • Address quality or material issues to meet production requirements.

  • Perform procedures and work assignments in keeping with all safety rules and work instructions.

  • Communicate effectively with peers and management.

  • Focus on continuous improvement efforts and assist in developing and implementing action plans in support of Making and Packing goals/initiatives.

  • Build inventory management skills and take part in inventory cycle counts

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Microsoft Office

  • Manufacturing Experience

  • Knowledge of Making and Packing Processes, including Product Feed, Making, Packing, Filter, Case Packing and Product Flow.

  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and other applicable Computer Applications.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, highly-engaged, flexible and receptive to change.

SALARY AND BENEFITS OVERVIEW

Wage Information

  • Hourly Rate: $34.54

  • Bonus Target: 7% percent
