Now Hiring! Customer Service Representative II

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Payrate: 18.50/hr

Overtime: 27.75/hr

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative II to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service. In this role, you will work directly with drivers, customers, and business partners to ensure we meet our commitments and exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers and business partners via phone and email.

  • Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.

  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Monitor the progress of delivery routes and ensure they stay on track.

  • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.

  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

  • Communicate updates with account managers and customers on load statuses.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook).

  • Preferred:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on issue resolution.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • Ability to work under pressure while delivering effective solutions.
