Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Operator I, Manufacturing. Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures

• Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe work environment

• Collaborate with team members to determine and implement process improvements

• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and perform data analysis as required

• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification, with relevant work experience also considered.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols

• Availability to work standing for extended periods

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
