Senior IT Systems Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing Azure cloud services, Cisco Meraki networking, and Microsoft Intune device management. This role is critical to ensuring the robustness, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with various departments to support our technology needs and drive continuous improvement in our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Azure Cloud Management:

• Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure, including virtual networks, storage accounts, virtual machines, and Azure Active Directory.

• Monitor and optimize the performance, cost, and security of Azure services.

• Ensure compliance with best practices and company policies for cloud security and governance.

Cisco Meraki Networking:

• Deploy, configure, and manage Cisco Meraki devices, including wireless access points, switches, and security appliances.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

• Implement and manage network security protocols and policies.

Microsoft Intune Device Management:

• Configure and manage Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).

• Ensure secure and compliant management of endpoint devices, including Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.

• Develop and enforce policies for device enrollment, configuration, and compliance.

General IT Infrastructure Support:

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.

• Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.

• Maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest technological trends and advancements.

• Recommend and implement new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and security.

• Conduct regular assessments and audits of IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure management with a focus on Azure, Cisco Meraki, and Intune.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.

• In-depth knowledge of Cisco Meraki networking solutions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for device and application management.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Cisco Meraki Certification, and Microsoft Certified: Intune Specialist are highly desirable.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with other Microsoft 365 services and tools.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

• Familiarity with other cloud platforms and networking technologies.
