Requirements:Educational Qualification: Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) from an accredited law school.Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the bar and in good standing with the Bar Association of New Jersey, New York, or Massachusetts State.Job Duties:Client Consultation: Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs, provide legal advice, and recommend appropriate strategies.Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, employment-based visas, asylum applications, and citizenship applications.Legal Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of changes in immigration laws and policies, and provide accurate and timely legal analysis to support client cases.Documentation Preparation: Prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with U.S. immigration regulations.Court Representation: Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, asylum interviews, and other immigration-related hearings.Client Advocacy: Advocate on behalf of clients with relevant government agencies, including USCIS, ICE, and CBP.Collaboration: Work closely with our team of paralegals and legal assistants to ensure timely and accurate case processing.
