AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to hire immediately in the role ofHiring and Onboarding Coordinator.This is an on-site position, typically Monday through Friday, day shift and no Holidays!

Duties & Responsibilities:
Submit Requisition Requests to the assigned Recruiter at Headquarters Service Center
Ability to be creative in the design of job advertisements
Recruit candidates from various resources, including but not limited to: job fairs, internet job boards, campus events, involvement in the community etc.
Point of contact for all items hiring related, including but not limited to: making sure all job advertisements are refreshed and active, reviewing and pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, moving candidates forward in an applicant tracking system from start to finish, and conducting reference checks for management positions
Coordinate communication between applicants and hiring managers
Enter and maintain data in the applicant tracking system
Coordinate the candidate’s first day of work and ensure the completion of ADP onboarding requirements of all new team members
