The Manufacturing Technician for Cytiva is responsible for complying with the Hyclone Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this position.

This position is part of the Manufacturing department and will be fully on-site at Cytiva Tauranga. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Process blood products to raw serum, and process raw serum to sterile serum; ensuring compliance with our strict Quality Management System, maintaining meticulous documentation, and ensuring that full traceability is maintained for all products

• Undertake cleaning procedures to a defined standard, and complete cross-site duties and projects as assigned

• Comply with all Environment, Health & Safety regulations and policies

Who you are:

• An excellent communicator, fluent in English, written and verbal

• Ability to learn quickly to a high standard and retain task specific knowledge

• Possesses great computer skills including Microsoft Office

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Attained Level 7 graduate certificate, graduate diploma or bachelor’s degree education (desirable but not a prerequisite)

• Manufacturing processes

• LEAN and Continuous Improvement
