Adecco Medical & Science is hiring a Medical Assistant in Tarpon Springs, Florida! This role is in person / onsite. Please read below and apply with an updated resume + MA certification for consideration:

Type: Three-month contract, opportunity for extension or fulltime offer

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Pay: $22.34 to $24.34 an hour

Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant:

· Provide patient care, clinical summary and direction on next steps or follow up

· Act as a member of the care team, including preparing patients to be seen by collecting and recording clinical information as per protocol

· Document all patient interactions and other clinical activities accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic health record (EHR)

· HEDIS measures

· Documentation management

Qualifications for the Medical Assistant:

· High school diploma or GED

· Previous MA experience required

· Knowledge with STARS/HEDIS measures
