Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities

  • Be a consumer obsessed in leading innovation mix development and project network for multi categories of Zwitsal Baby Care through close collaboration with cross-functional teams (R&D, CMI, Supply Chain etc.)

  • Work closely with creative and media agencies to craft stellar communication, campaign, & engagement plans for Zwitsal masterbrand

  • Analyse brand performance data including retail, consumer data, and so on, to inform strategy & proactively identify issues and opportunities for sustainable long-term growt.

  • Working closely with business, media, and execution team to monitor and review the effectiveness of campaign and/or project implementation and propose an improvement actions.

  • Manage marketing budgets across various project workstreams 

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Strong business management skills and business acumen, able to take leadership of a part of the business and constantly looking for new opportunities to grow the business

  • Ability to manage and influence teams across multiple locations to deliver business goals

  • Experience working with and leading creative and media agencies on campaigns with an eye for beauty

  • Self-driven with bias for action, able to complete workstreams independently & efficiently

  • Disruptive thinker with curiosity and passion for new ideas that challenge the status quo

  • Growth mindset with strong track record of delivering results

  • Strong ownership and accountability with high degree of rigour

  • Strong team player and excellent communicator, both written and verbal
