Basic Qualifications:

The position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, plus at least seven (7) years of experience as a Manager Full Stack Developer, or in a similar role within the IT or IT consulting industry. A qualified applicant's experience must include: 7 years of experience developing and deploying full stack applications using programming languages such as C# or Java; 2 years of experience developing front-end applications using ASP.NET, Angular, React, or NodeJS; 5 years of experience developing, analyzing, and performing optimization of code; 3 years of experience working with cloud native architectures in AWS or Azure; 3 years of experience leading teams and developers utilizing Service Oriented Architecture to design applications with Java or on the Microsoft platform; 3 years of experience leading technical teams in end-to-end development of custom applications using Java or equivalent Microsoft technologies; and 3 years of experience communicating and presenting information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
