The Inside Sales Representative will provide excellent customer service by assessing customer needs, processing orders, reviewing inventory availability, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the hose industry. The role involves identifying revenue opportunities and selling products at the gross profit margin set by Management. This position requires working collaboratively with outside sales representatives to grow the territory.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of inside sales experience, ideally in the hose or construction industry.

  • knowledge of relevant hose applications, industries, and technologies.

  • Proficient in the concepts, practices, and procedures within the hose industry.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including dynamic one-on-one communication.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; College degree preferred.

  • Highly effective interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility quickly.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Collaborative problem-solver with the ability to quickly assess customer needs and process orders.

  • tech and computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills required.

  • Ability to identify and close additional product and service purchases by customers.

  • Engage in technical discussions with potential clients via telephone or telemarketing.

salary: $23 - $26 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Experience

Has a working knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures within the industry.

 Engage in technical discussions with potential clients via telephone or telemarketing

 Ability to handle customers over the phone

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time

 Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access files, office equipment, etc.

 Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator and copy

machine

 Frequently communicates with others in person, over the phone or via email and must be able to

exchange info
