Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Sr. Programmer Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.

Duties: Design and architect software solutions and develop code for new Securities Market Interface projects across different regions such as America, Europe, Middle East (EMEA) and Asia. Produce project documentation required as per Citi Program and Project Management Standards (CPPMS) such as scope document, technology test plan, functional and regression test results, and post implementation review results and actions. Develop and configure the database for Securities Market Interface projects. Support the deployment of Securities Market Interface projects to production and help investigate and fix emergency bugs or issues found in Production. Design and implement build workflow using TeamCity and Jenkins for Securities Market Interface systems including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Design and implement the automation of application deployment processes through IBM UrbanCode Deploy (uDeploy) system including automation for emergency deployments and additional custom deployment processes using Powershell. Coordinate User Acceptance Tests, checking and monitoring all test data and coverage of tests according to business requirements and investigate issues and bugs reported during the test phase. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation in the Information Technology industry. Five (5) years of experience must include: Writing computer code using C#, T-SQL, ASP.NET Core, Webservices, F#, and Visual Studio IDE; Handling React, JavaScript, Node Js, and WPF to design user interface software; Utilizing SQL Server Management Studio, Microsoft SQL Server, Rabbit MQ, and IBM MQ to store and transmit data across systems; Utilize Bitbucket, Git, Nuget and Paket for source code and dependency management; Work with Data encryption, signing and certificates for information security; and
