Position Summary

Reporting directly to Creoal Executive Management, the Portfolio Executive is first and foremost, a high integrity, transformational and visionary leader, who is responsible for driving significant future growth for Creoal. This leader must possess a keen understanding of the key drivers of Creoal’s critical market segments and deliver targeted solutions to meet these specific needs and/or requirements with an eye toward profitable growth. This leader will be responsible for creating and executing a short-term and long-term strategic growth-oriented business plan.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain market and competitive intelligence and develop proactive strategies to enhance the company’s position within the federal.

  • Provide accurate forecasting, deliver strong cost management in alignment with budgeted expectations, and ensure success toward financial targets to deliver P&L results.

  • Maintain and grow partnerships with current and targeted Federal agencies, integrators as well as commercial clients. Must understand how to partner and position as sub or prime.

  • Identify and win new business opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies on service delivery, and coach the team to increase business productivity. Partner with the executive leadership team to strategize and win significant deals.

  • Create and execute a human capital plan as well asimplement policies, programs, and practices to achieve a shared vision consistent with the company’s strategic mission.

  • Successfully manage several projects concurrently.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of professional services experience selling and delivering solutions to the federal market (DOD and Civilian); experience selling to commercial clients (manufacturing, banking, insurance) also considered.

  • Strong leadership experience and track-record establishing transformational growth within the US Federal Government sector (DoD & Civilian).

  • Experience managing and growing a service business P&L.

  • Strong federal network in the Washington, DC market.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team as well as the ability to grow diverse teams and lead them to financial and technical success.

  • Ability to understand and craft customer solutions based on client needs.

  • Professionally ambitious, tenacious, sense of urgency and accountability to drive results is critical.

  • Enthusiasm and passion to embrace the changes and growth required to take the company to the next level.

  • Aptitude to see market opportunities for both products and services. Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Participate in responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.

  • Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation and organizational skills.

Education: Bachelors required

Location: Washington, DC region

Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required; Secret clearance (or above) preferred but not required.
