Aon is currently recruiting a Manager to join our Health Solutions team in Taipei, Taiwan.

What the day will look like

Renewal and remarketing

  • Develop strong client relationship and understand the needs of clients on employee benefits and ensure placement with clients’ selected insurer/program

  • Ensure renewal terms obtained are far and competitive by reviewing renewal terms and analysis of claims data

  • Preparation of renewal documents such as renewal proposal, claim analysis, benchmarking exercise, communication decks, handbooks

  • Meeting with clients on pre-renewal and / or renewals

  • Conduct communication sessions on the benefits program to employees

    Day-to-Day Operations

  • Be responsible for any follow up on the employee movement, underwriting requirements and claim submissions for the accounts assigned

  • Handling the enquiries from both HR and employees

  • Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices

  • Act as escalation point for all client’s queries / feedback.

  • Taking on any ad-hoc assignments

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an account manager or agent in Personal/Life Insurance Industry

  • Client management experience, analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills required

  • Self-disciplined and organised

  • Interpersonal skill and focus on service excellence

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
