Description and Requirements
• Delivering mechanical structure analysis reports, and the mitigation solution/plan to fix mechanical structure defects.
• Develop reliable, cost-effective packaging solution timely for server/storage/rack devices.
• Support validation test includes material preparation, system setup, schedule tracking.
• Plan and execute reliability testing via structure equipment (Shock Table, Vibration Table, Package Drop Machine, spectrum analyzer and relative equipment, etc…).
• Build and maintain structure/packaging relative Spec/SOP/WI.
• Work with global MFG locations and packaging suppliers to facilitate packaging introductions and process improvements.
• Work with external/internal stakeholders closely to understand their requirements and concerns, provide solid solutions.
• Evaluate mechanical structure basically by FEA tools (Abaqus/ANSYS, LS-Dyna and Hyperworks), and offer the design risk assessment report.
