Job Description:

This position is part of the global Enterprise Labeling & Packaging Graphics Operations team oriented on executing and coordinating activities related to creation/changes of labels printed in 3M manufacturing or distribution locations. Day to day tasks requires understanding of labels data management, standard procedures and execution performed according to agreed SLA. Includes collaboration with internal clients from other 3M entities from all around the world to deliver compliant labels on time in full.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Gaining knowledge about design, coordination of work related to the creation/changes of labels printed in 3M manufacturing or distribution locations, procedures, responsibilities, policies and systems

• Execute and coordinate tasks related to the design and implementation of labels printed from different systems (SAP/MES/DMT/ELC, etc.)

• Making sure all requests are handled through established processes, standard work and related systems (ITSM, Blue, SharePoint, GMCE, etc.)

• Validation of received data

• Requesting new template creation if required

• Running test print labels (also in cooperation with responsible functions from the plant)

• Assign task owners/approvers within system and ensure work is approved, within indicated timing

• Cooperation with the assigned Division, Data Providers/Approvers and Clients (Marketing/Business, Division, Plants, Requestors, Regulatory/Technical Affairs, Customer Service, Legal, R&D, Quality, etc.)

• Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets (i.e. ticket resolution and taking actions under the team's control and responsibility).

• Update request status and actions up to date to reflect metrics or dashboards and to avoid data corruption.

• Understand all supporting systems (Loftware, PLM, MICAW, GMCE, DMT/MES/SAP/ELC, ITSM, Power BI etc.)

• Work with system admin for any system needs or enhancements

• Identification of opportunities to improve data quality, process efficiency or reduce cycle time

• Responsible for escalation of issues as needed

• Proceedings in accordance with national and international law regarding marking requirements as defined in the Corporate Packaging Policy. Applying 3M Global Shipper Label Policy guidelines. Obtaining approval for labels to special regulations, in accordance with the Corporate Packaging Policy.

• Applying 3M's ethical principles in daily work

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor

• Adhere to ISO and QMS standards in daily work

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in Enterprise Labeling & Packaging Graphics Operations, or Supply Chain.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Experience in Project Coordination/Management required

• Proficiency in MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, MS Teams

• Good knowledge of Power BI or SQL

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• High attention to detail

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Ability to complete assignments under pressure and short timelines

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization

• Ability to manage external partner relationships
