Description and Requirements

  • will take over responsibility for the local and regional business in Philippine for a defined customer set of Global accounts.]

  • Managing & responsible for world wide revenues of technology inboundaccounts out of Philippines like Concentrix, Teleperformance , Amazon etc

-Strong communication Collaboration with Global teams both at customer end and with peers in different countries.

  • will be Responsible for driving all the Lenovo offerings to the outbound and inbound Technology customers

  • will concentrate on the development of existing customer relationships in Philippine, as well as winning new customers within the Global Account space.

  • needs to develop effective engagement model with key influencers and decision makers.

  • will focus on the solution-oriented sales approach and will need to be able to present on various topics including the strengths of our product portfolio through to reflecting the total cost of ownership to increase our customer’s value.

  • must have an entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate, and approachable. A high level capacity for teamwork is needed to manage the close collaboration with internal Lenovo functions, especially within the Global Account community and with Business Partners.

  • will rely on strong communication and presentation skills and his/her ability to build strong customer relationships on all hierarchy levels.

  • must be able to manage day to day challenges like providing tailor-made configurations for individual customer situations, dealing with the pricing function, monitoring of orders and supply, maintenance of customized portfolios as well as Customer Relationship Management and Forecasting.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Actively engages with the customer to identify opportunities, starting from higher levels of customer organization. Translate customers’ business challenges and goals into IT opportunities in a compelling way

  • Create a strategic sales plan for sales territory and execute against it

  • Build strong relationships with key business partners

  • Develop robust account plans for key accounts

  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts

  • Proactively builds and executes a plan to drive growth and profitability across Lenovo’s portfolio in a structured and recurring way

  • Engage in C-level meetings with key customers

  • Closely collaborate with their Internal Sales Rep on a daily basis

Position Requirements:

  • 10 years proven track record in strategic selling to C level executives, strong Inter-personal and communications skills, demonstrated team building, leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.

  • Degree in any relevant field

  • Excellent sales track record

  • Technical product knowledge & strong understand of PC industry and data center solution

  • Verbal and written communications skills in both English and local language

  • Strong network with business partner/distributor

  • IT industry and business acumen
