The Implementation Technical Analyst is responsible for the implementation of HL7 interfaces for new and existing customers. HL7 ADT, Orders, Results, DICOM worklist as well as customizations. Additional tasks include software installation and configuration.
Primary Responsibilities:
Software Support
Work closely with customers and internal technical team members to support and maintain optimal deployments of Stratus applications: Imaging Share; Stratus PACS and Analytics
Troubleshoot EIN Archive and Viewer issues and concerns
Liaison between customer and internal team members
Investigates client issue and troubleshoot problem
Update open ticket as needed
Install and configure VMs/gateways/edge servers at customer sites
Evaluate, analyze, and troubleshoot system, application, and end user issues
Exam mismatch/exception handling
User management
Systems monitoring and maintenance
Support of day-to-day end user operational clinical application needs
Interface
Primary liaison for HL7 interface planning / discussions
Design, configure, test HL7 interfaces in complex hospital environment
Manage and track assigned HL7 integration projects
Plan, coordinate and perform interfaces using HL7
Work cross functionally to provide an optimal customer experience
Provide HL7 technical support to internal stakeholder
Assist with customer testing
Troubleshooting
Test, benchmark and verify that the implemented system is error free
Software Installation, Configuration and Testing
Work closely with customers to benchmark, design, plan and implement optimal technical solutions
Software Installation and configuration of Virtual Machines / Edge Servers at client’s sites
Test and validate all system configurations to ensure implemented system is error free
Resolve technical problems, analyze and evaluate issues that may occur during implementation
Training
Deliver customer technical training on Image Exchange as needed
Mentoring and training Change Healthcare employees

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience implementing PACS, RIS, EMR or other clinical systems.
5+ years experience in PACS application administration experience
Experience in a customer facing role
Experience with API based technology
Experience with Interface engines preferably Mirth
Systems monitoring
Exam mismatch/exception handling
User management
First-level troubleshooting of system or user issues
Testing and debugging of system modifications or upgrades
Ability to assist w/ creating technical and procedural documentation
Project coordination (review of project plans)
On-call coverage, as needed
Basic knowledge in Linux and network
Proven ability to work independently and under tight timelines
Familiarity with Cloud technologies
Preferred Qualification:
- Programming or scripting skills
