Danaher Corporation Service Operations Analyst in São Paulo, Brazil

• Proactively support internal and external customer by independently handling all assigned administrative duties and taking direction from and balancing the needs of multiple staff members.• Provide general office administrative services support for the team.• Responsible for creating a support network for the outside sales team by closely partnering with them to perform any non-selling activities such as entering quotes, tracking orders, prioritizing shipments, monitoring supply etc.

• Support purchasing process for Service team requests (Calibration and office demands)• Manage and process the orders in multiple systems, ensuring all compliance requirements are completed.• Manage sales orders to ensure service items are delivered on time in order to support customer requests.• Responds to customer requests and order-related inquiries, and addresses customer satisfaction issues• Send for billing team list of sales orders to be invoiced in each week based on Zone requirements.• Support the FSE open the work orders/service requests on the system and dispatched.• Support FE Manager to keep optimal stocking levels according to existing SLAs to assure OTD.• Communicate estimated dates with Service team to drive revenue generating activities and service coordination.• Proactively update the install base on the Service Max system with the support of service sales team.
