· Propor e implementar soluções para melhorar o processo de planejamento de demanda e métricas correlacionadas (previsão de demanda, viés (Bias) , Acuracidade, previsão de valor agregado, E&O, NPI etc.).

· Colaborar com as áreas de vendas, marketing, finanças, pricing, sourcing e manufatura e realizar análises de dados para entender os direcionadores para a execução de uma boa previsão de demanda.

· Trabalhar com BUs para impulsionar os níveis de demanda e estoque, garantindo que o negócio funcione com qualidade e assertividade.

· Influenciar liderança, membros da equipe e áreas parceiras, para construir valor no processo bem como incorporar novos processos, ferramentas no ciclo de Planejamento Integrado de Negócios (IBP ou S&OP).

· Analisar o negócio como um todo, levar para pauta os principais ofensores visando mapeamento de causas e avaliar as melhores maneiras de corrigir rotas.

· Construção e desenvolvimento de reports para avaliar desempenho e levar para discussões em Demand Review local e regional.

Requisitos Técnicos

Graduação: Administração de Empresas, Economia e Engenharia preferencial.

Conhecimento das práticas e procedimentos de gestão de suprimentos é um diferencial;

Desejável:

• Conhecimentos matemáticos e estatísticos

• Necessário experiência em ERP: QAD/SAP

• Necessário experiência em sistema de planejamento: preferencialmente JDA/SAP IBP

• Microsoft Office Avançado (Excel, PPT e Word)

• Power PBI Avançado

• Inglês e Espanhol Avançado

• Capacidade de multitarefa em um ambiente acelerado

• Excelente capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal

• Mentalidade de melhoria contínua e abertura à mudança

• Condutor, influenciando sem autoridade

• Gestão de processos, propriedade
