Assist a rapidly growing healthcare team by aiding a pharmacy team in their daily operations. We have a contract to hire position available for a Pharmacy Technician in a Specialty Medical Office in Syracuse, NY and Homer, NY. These are busy offices who are looking for a team player to assist their organization. Qualified candidates must be able to commute between offices as necessary. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8a - 4:30p.Compensation for Pharmacy Technician is between $16- $25.50/hr depending on experience and certifications.As a Pharmacy Technician, you will provide exceptional patient care by:Support pharmacist by dispensing oral and intravenous medicationsPrepare, store, and maintain inventoryHandle controlled substancesFollow all state, federal, and local laws, rules, and regulationsDocument information and data through an EMR systemBackground Profile for a Pharmacy Technician:High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredNational Pharmacy Technician Certification requiredNYS Certification required6+ months experience in a similar Pharmacy Technician roleAble to float between Syracuse, NY and Homer, NY locationsProficient computer skillsAble to work independently and with a teamFor immediate consideration, please submit a resume in WORD to Healthcare@cpsrecruiter.comCPS Recruitment is an Equal Opportunity Employer
