Robert Half Talent Solutions has partnered with a Toledo-based, privately owned business as they are looking to add a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to their accounting team. The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of financial concepts and be experienced in AP, AR & general bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable operations

• Execute accurate double entry bookkeeping tasks

• Balance and reconcile sheets, addressing any discrepancies

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner

• Use accounting software to maintain accurate financial records

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Requirements

The ideal candidate will likely possess:

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable role
