The Site Manager will support a range of client facing activities and managing the performance of a team of technicians. This role is still hands on in supervising technicians on the job and ensuring the completion of project works on site.

Here’s a snapshot of your day:

  • Site set outs

  • Program & sequencing updating

  • Contractor/supplier procurement, programming & liaising

  • Contract and HSEQ administration

  • Material take-offs when required

  • Quality control

  • Detailing

  • Material ordering

  • Daily diary log and notes

  • Defect inspections and reports

  • Invoice checking and coding when required

The Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a service trade role

  • Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings

  • Ability to manage and liaise professionally with Subcontractors and Clients on site

  • Excellent organisational, planning and programming skills

  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

  • An innate eye for detail

  • An understanding of OHS regulatory codes

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, Power Point

  • White Card

  • Relevant trade qualifications

  • Police Check Clearance
