Collaborating closely with the Food and Beverage Leadership Team, we are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager who is forward planning, strategic and approachable leader to run the successful 558 room In Room Dining operation in Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park.

As a hands-on leader, you will be supporting a dedicated team and have a thorough understanding of providing exceptional food and beverage service. With a strong focus on guest experience and continual training for our team that will provide a truly unique and premium dining experience for in house guests. You will have the chance to make and develop this team as your own.

Our ideal candidate will possess a can do attitude and desire to grow within Hospitality’s #1 hotel company- Marriott.

About the Role:

• Assist the F&B Leadership Team with the daily operation of In Room Dining Department.

• Lead your own team to success and taking ownership of daily operations

• Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and profit contribution

• Take ownership of and o f fer problem solving initiatives

• Ensure both the Guest’s and Hotel/Departments interests are met and resolved with a positive result for all

About You:

• Passionate about high quality service and elevating the guest experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in a restaurant/hotel environment

• Experience with in-room dining operations

• Wine, Spirit and coffee skills

• Understanding of Micros Simphony POS & Opera preferred

• Must have full Australian work rights

• Must have NSW RSA

• Understanding of the HIGA Award
