Amazon is looking for a highly skilled, business savvy, data-driven, strategic and innovative leader to drive and scale Australia's third-party-marketplace through Sponsored products. As a Program Manager – Sponsored Advertisement, you will be working with multiple stakeholder teams to scale ads revenue & sales for third party Selling partners on Amazon Australia.

You will have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders across multiple teams both locally and internationally, while being a key member of the Amazon Australia local business.

Key job responsibilities

• As Program Manager, you will lead the third-party Selling partner adoption for Sponsored advertisements working with multiple teams to grow the overall ads revenue.

• You will engage with cross functional and cross country teams to innovate and deliver strategic initiatives.

• Contribute and lead expansion projects within Australia across entire sponsored products portfolio.

• The successful candidate will communicate effectively across teams and levels, while balancing the needs and requirements of internal and external customers.

• Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment will also be key.

• You must be self-directed with the ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience

• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
