We are seeking a highly driven and organised individual for the role of Executive Assistant at CBRE within the Industrial and Logistics team. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to support the Regional Director and leadership team from our Parramatta office.

About the role

  • Executive support will include diary and email management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, agendas and minute taking, invoice processing and expense reconciliations, communication distribution, and ad hoc financial administration

  • Coordinating high quality property marketing campaigns, producing information Memorandums and client submissions

  • Maintaining an accurate and up to date database using Salesforce.

  • Extensive internal and external client/stakeholder engagement and interaction with executive leaders and their teams.

About you:

  • An executive level EA with experience in a fast-paced corporate environment

  • Property industry knowledge and experience highly advantageous

  • Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude coupled with maturity, confidentiality, and diplomacy

  • Relationship focused, with highly developed, polished communication skills

  • Committed, enthusiastic team player, with a passion for helping and collaborating with diverse individuals in a busy environment

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, effectively handling multiple tasks, manage and prioritise workflow, and anticipate needs for senior leaders and the business before they arise

  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) knowledge, basic Salesforce and InDesign knowledge, coupled with eagerness and capacity to learn CBRE specific programs
