The Coca-Cola Company Director, Key Account Management (McDonalds) in Sydney, Australia

Work at the intersection of two of the world's most iconic brands.

McDonalds are a critical customer for Coca-Cola with global relationship since 1955.

As customer lead you will be responsible for the relationship between Coca-Cola System & McDonalds in Australia with the remit to co-create three year beverage strategy to drive sustainable growth .

You will analyse industry developments, market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within assigned categories. Central to your thinking will be key insights that understand customer needs and preferences to inform innovation plans to jointly create a 3-5 year beverage category vision with the McDonalds team. You will be responsible for P&L delivery for and building plans to deliver sustainable growth.

Your relevant experience will equip you to deliver incredible value across the Coca-Cola & McDonalds eco-system:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable win-win strategies.

  • Brilliant stakeholder management skills with ability to effectively influence across multiple levels.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with passion for collaboration across cross-functional teams.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful category strategies that drive revenue growth

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving complex business challenges.

  • Cross functional experience beyond Sales with experience in either Category and/or Insights will be highly regarded
