CBRE Development & Infrastructure are a property development, management and infrastructure advisory firm providing services for public and private sector clients across all stages of the development lifecycle.

The Opportunity

  • A Development Manager to join our expanding consultancy-based Development Advisory group

  • We work across a broad range of asset classes: current projects include Sydney Fish markets, Sydney Metro Rail, Macquarie Bank development, Waterloo Precinct Redevelopment and iconic international schemes!

  • New mega scale, multi-billion-dollar assignments have created the need for further expansion – once in a lifetime opportunity

About you

  • 10yrs experience and confident in managing client engagement and internal/external teams within the development advisory sector

  • An experienced client-side Development Manager / Project Manager looking for the next step in their consultancy-based career

  • Degree qualified in commerce, property, civil/Engineering , land economics, Construction, or similar with 10 yrs + development project experience

  • A strategic leader, able to and experienced in leading mega scale development projects
