The Opportunity
A Project/Development Director to join our expanding consultancy-based Development Advisory group
Experienced in securing projects, managing multiple assignments & leading teams across the private and public sector development space
We work across a broad range of asset classes: current projects include Sydney Fish markets, Sydney Metro Rail, Macquarie Bank development, Waterloo Precinct Redevelopment and iconic international schemes!
New mega scale, multi-billion-dollar assignments have created the need for further expansion – once in a lifetime opportunity
About you
An experienced client-side Project/Development Director or Senior Development Manager looking for the next step in their consultancy-based career
Degree qualified in commerce, property, civil/Engineering , Construction, land economics or similar with likely 20 yrs + development (consultancy) project experience
A strategic leader, able to and experienced in leading mega scale development projects
