2. Responsibilities

• 独立项目管理能力，掌控项目进度, 成本,风险评估, 及测试安排, 问题解决，保证项目按期完成.

excellent leadership for global electrical projects，drive new projects with teams. follow & control cost, risk and testing, issue addressed with solid solutions to ensure complete projects in time

• 与全球其他设计中心合作并一起开发产品.

Work with global design center to develop new electrical components

• 参与审核全球电气产品结构更改,执行到生产中

Review all document change for global electrical structure, drive to production

• 对电气产品结构进行优化创新. 并提供切实可行的低成本技术解决方案（Design to Value）.
