       License and Certification Qualifications: None Required.Education Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.Experience Qualifications: Two years of experience working with survey platforms. Six years of experience working with data. High familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Qualtrics desired. Experience with JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and/or CSS preferred. Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail is essential. Excellent written and oral skills.Skills Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of survey design; ability to translate survey requirements into a functional, user-friendly survey that is responsive to the needs of both the respondents and the customer; ability to act as a representative of Gwinnett County Public Schools; ability to work across functional boundaries and interact with employees at all levels of the organization.Primary Responsibilities: The Senior Survey Analyst is primarily responsible for the development of internal and external surveys using a variety of platforms that include, but are not limited to, Qualtrics and Microsoft Forms. This person will create custom surveys as defined by the school district. This person will be responsible for managing the implementation of surveys as well as the collection and dissemination of results.1. Program, test, and distribute a variety of survey instruments across various divisions and departments.2. Review survey requirement documentation and provide clear and concise feedback with regards to programming considerations.

  1. Develop and test custom solutions for specific survey requirements, working closely with the business owners to ensure their needs are met.

  2. Ensure surveys are accurately and efficiently programmed, allowing for accurate data collection and ease of back-end data processing.

  3. Provide an engaging and user-friendly respondent experience.

  4. Design results dashboards and provide reports as necessary.

  5. Monitor performance of survey platforms, providing feedback to the team and vendors as necessary.

  6. Monitor and actively respond to all technical support needs related to surveys and reporting.

  7. Communicate progress of survey project assignments, completion rates, and deadlines.
