Walmart (USA) Senior Manager, Marketplace Strategic Initiatives in Sunnyvale, California

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Senior Manager role in the US Marketplace business will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of multiple strategic initiatives including the rollout of capabilities and programs that will transform the account manager, seller and customer experiences. As part of the Category team at Walmart Marketplace, you will develop products and programs to help accelerate US Marketplace growth.

Main Roles & Responsibilities will be to:

Conceive, build-out and launch programs, processes, tools and capabilities that help sellers win in event, campaigns and holiday promotions.

Develop, build and launch tools that drive efficiency and scale for account managers, category leads, site merchandisers and related stakeholders.

Gather voice of customer feedback and prioritize new capabilities and optimizations.

Define business requirements in partnership with Product team who will turn these into features.

Drive go to market (GTM) strategies for all customers including internal and external.

Collaborate with stakeholder teams to drive customer conversion and Marketplace KPIs.

Track, communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders and teams across Walmart Marketplace and the company at large (Analytics, Legal, Account Management, Product teams, etc.)

End to end ownership of business goals and KPIs.

You have a deep understanding of what it takes to build an ecommerce marketplace and can leverage industry research & trends to help drive decisions.

You are data driven, have a holistic view and the capability to build a strategy, operationalize the plan and execute it.

You can foster collaboration across teams and leverage your expertise in marketplace to drive results

You drive informed decision-making, ensuring resolution of critical issues by partnering with cross functional partners to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues within the business

You are driven and have the passion for marketplaces, sellers and customers, to be a champion across the entire Walmart organization

You are biased for action, relentless about driving and owning the goal and you are motivated by the responsibility of delivering the most crucial capabilities for long term marketplace growth

You will make an impact by:

HOBOKEN, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

SAN BRUNO, California US-04398/Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
