Join our innovative team at RUCKUS as the Director of Product Management, where you'll spearhead the development of our cutting-edge security solutions, including Cloudpath and RUCKUS One. We're looking for a visionary leader to define and drive our product strategy, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our company's ambitious goals. Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for security products, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Product Roadmap : Define and communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns with business goals and meets customer requirements. Ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases.

Market Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and threats. Use this information to inform product decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a unified and coordinated approach to product development and launch.

Customer Focus: Champion customer-centric product development, gather customer feedback, and incorporate insights into product enhancements. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Financial Management: Make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize RoI.

Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring products meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Communication Skills: Effectively communicate product strategies, features, and benefits to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders. Act as a spokesperson for RUCKUS Security Products.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in technology/engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience (5+ years) in product management with a focus on cloud-based solutions.

In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and network security – Zero Trust, SASE, Policy Management, Security Analytics, NAC.

Experience with AI and machine learning for network security and user behavior analytics.

Experience in taking a cloud product through security certifications (StateRAMP, FedRAMP, SOC 2 and others) is desired.

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Ability to work with teams across multiple geographies.

Our salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary ) is $160,000.00 - $230,000.00
