Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring flawless execution of customer interactions and support.

• Work closely with diverse teams to devise and implement strategies that drive customer engagement and strengthen loyalty.

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer success.

• Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

• Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to competently serve our customers.

• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or four years equivalent experience required

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a leadership position.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Focused on accuracy and capable of handling multiple tasks with efficient prioritization.

• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
