Position: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description:
We’re looking for skilled individuals with mechanical knowledge or a passion for automotives to join our team as Mechanical Assemblers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling forklifts, pallet trucks, and masts using blueprints, schematics, or verbal instructions. Your tasks will include operating an overhead crane to move larger parts or equipment, performing functional tests and inspections to ensure product quality, and assembling sub-assemblies, wiring harnesses, and other components of the forklift.
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Compensation and Bonuses:
Hourly pay: $18-$19
Quarterly perfect attendance bonuses: $500
Retention bonus within the first 6 months and after a year: $1,000
