Role and Responsibilities

More than 300 million customers shop in Amazon’s store, and every day, customers browse, purchase, and review products sold by third-party sellers right alongside products sold by Amazon. Since 2000, Amazon has offered this space to individuals and companies of all sizes, helping them reach hundreds of millions of customers, build their brands, and grow their business. Fast-forward to the present day, and these third-party seller products account for more than half of all units sold in our store. Expansion countries are currently in the process of intensifying their efforts, creating a dynamic and fast-paced environment to operate in.

With increasing complexity of today’s ecommerce and rise of opportunities, the Seller Team aims to leverage the full potential of each Amazon Seller on Amazon. Our team provides leading-edge strategic consultancy using a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to support our Sellers to achieve their goals. Our holistic service offering addresses advice on all facets of the Amazon Marketplace including topics such as International expansion, Portfolio Optimization, Fulfillment Strategy, Product Presentation, Promotions, Advertising Strategy and Brand Building. In parallel to this strategic support, we also help our Sellers to solve their most pressing operational challenges.

With increasingc omplexity of today’s ecommerce and rise of demand of local expertise in local language, we launched

EU 3PX Strategic Account Services (SAS) Team with the goal to leverage the full potential of each Amazon Seller in 3PX. Our team provides in-depth strategic consultancy using a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to achieve commercial goals of our sellers. Our holistic service offering includes topics such as International expansion, Portfolio Optimization, Fulfillment Strategy, Product Presentation, B2B Sales, Promotions, Advertising Strategy and Brand Building. In parallel to this strategic support, all Sellers integrated receive enhanced operational support by a separate team of operational experts i.e. Retails Business Services (RBS) Team, Escalation Process Specialist (EPS), Seller Relations Management (SPRM).

As a Program Manager, you will be taking the lead on coordinating multiple projects at a time, to grow and maintain SAS program.

Program Manager must possess excellent analytical skills and a track record of delivering projects in a complex and ambiguous environment. Being able to work across multiple levels of the business is a fundamental skill. This role will require you to work with the multiple teams supporting your program, ensuring they have the correct understanding and are bought into the vision, and that they’re empowered to work autonomously on their responsibilities.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead a key strategic programs, identifying new opportunities and influencing, assessing and prioritizing opportunities based on metric goals, business needs, technical feasibility and customer value.

  • Monitor progress against goals: anticipating risks, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate

  • Contribute to process and policy creation in collaboration with partner teams

  • Collaborate with program and business leaders, defining the program objectives, processes and key opportunities

  • Communicate status risks, initiatives and changes of program milestone/goals to business leaders and teams

  • Identify ways to collect and work backwards from customer insights to develop program, to grow and maintain program health.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in program or project management

  • Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowldege of SQL

  • Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
