You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and get, want, and have capacity to do the following things:
Accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients to ensure precise compounding of medications according to master formulation records
Follow and document stringent quality assurance and quality control procedures during the compounding process to guarantee the safety and efficacy of compounded products
Meticulously document all compounding and ancillary activities pursuant to pharmacist verification, ensuring adherence to USP and FDA regulatory standards
Maintain a clean and sanitized compounding laboratory, and ensure proper handling of both hazardous and non-hazardous materials
Work efficiently with management to direct inventory, stock necessary supplies, remove expired products, and ensure the availability of high-quality materials for compounding
We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers:
Compound non-sterile medications (10-15 per day)
Complete daily and ongoing tasks, including cleaning, calibration and inventory checks (20-30 per week)
Complete ongoing self-guided trainings, and manager-led competencies and evaluations (12-15 per year)

Required Licenses and Certifications
Active pharmacy technician license
Non-sterile compounding experience (preferred but not required)
