We are in the search for a Marketing Assistant to join our Non-Profit organization based in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity where you get to go visit clients and collaborate to plan drives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to set up events, attracting donors, handling client relations, and improving brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate events to facilitate community participation

• Communicate effectively with previous clients to set up free blood drives

• Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure events are adequately staffed and run smoothly

• Utilize CRM and Database tools to manage client relations and maintain accurate event records

• Develop and implement outbound marketing strategies to attract donors and increase event participation

• Create and manage advertisements, brochures, and other campaign materials to increase brand awareness

• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally

• Monitor event progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure success

• Contribute to campaign planning with innovative and effective ideas.

Requirements • Proficiency in CRM and Database management

• Experience in creating and managing Advertisements

• Ability to enhance Brand Awareness through strategic marketing initiatives

• Skills in designing Brochures and other marketing collateral

• Knowledge and experience in Campaign Planning

• Strong Customer Service and Client Relations skills

• Experience in Outbound Marketing strategies and execution

• Prior experience in a Non-Profit organization is preferable

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to meet strict deadlines

• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media platforms

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
