PCI Pharma Services Payroll Specialist (Full-Time or Part-Time) in Stamullen Co. Meath, Ireland

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the end-to-end payroll process for 1 legal entity.

  • Preparation and review of Bi-weekly payroll for 500+ personnel in a multi shift environment, ensuring correct pay rates, deductions, and net payments.

  • Liaising with HR on payroll instructions including starters, leavers, sick pay, statutory leave, pay increases, bank holiday pay, bike to work scheme.

  • Review Time and Attendance system and ensure all is completed by Managers.

  • Transmit and receive data to/from ROS and check all information, ensuring that all Revenue real time payroll reporting requirements and deadlines are met.

  • Liaising with the company’s pension broker & Health Insurer, adding new joiners to the scheme advising of leavers and processing contribution change requests.

  • Running payroll reports from Workday and Collsoft, liaising with management on headcount reports, pay rates and performance review increases.

  • Completion of all social welfare & salary certificates and other forms required by employees.

  • Maintaining leave records – Annual Leave/ Sick Leave/ Maternity Leave etc.

  • Work with finance to prepare and review Bi-weekly journals, run cost allocation reports for each site, payroll KPIs, production efficiency analysis.

  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties.

* Please note, this position can either be full-time or part-time.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Providing holiday cover for reception when required.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced payroll department.

IPASS qualification is desirable.

Experience with Payroll & Time and Attendance systems (Workday, TMS an advantage)

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.

Experience and understanding of Revenue compliance requirements
