ManTech is seeking a 3d Printing Tech (Part Time on Call - PTOC) to support our contract with The Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory, Science & Technology Division.

The 3D Printing Tech will be required to post-process and finish 3D printed parts, operate 3D printers, thermoforming, and machining equipment, and perform basic inspection and assembly tasks.

This position is an entry level Part Time on Call (PTOC) position that has the potential to develop into a full-time position (depending on business needs and contractor’s education and performance).

ManTech, Marines Division, Stafford (VA) Campus, is seeking a professional driver with a Class A, Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) to provide on-call support to our Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) contract through the safe transport and delivery of gear and equipment for Science & Technology Division. This role does NOT require a security clearance but driver will be required to drive on/off DoD installations.

General Responsibilities:

  • Perform post-processing and finishing of 3D printed parts.

  • Operate 3D printers, thermoformers, hand, power, and machining equipment.

  • Provide support in the maintenance and cleaning of the equipment.

  • Perform basic inspection operations with digital calipers, thread gauges, etc.

  • Sand, prime and paint 3D models.

  • Other assembly and general duties as required Requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years or 8 years experience w/o degree

  • Strong work ethic and is reliable, punctual and attentive to detail

  • Proficiency with typical 3D CAD packages a plus

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
