City Of St Paul Victim Witness Assistant in St Paul, Minnesota
The Saint Paul City Attorney's Office is accepting applications for a victim witness assistant position in the Criminal Division. This is a full time grant funded position with benefits. Here s what you can expect to do: Perform entry level professional work serving as a liaison between the criminal justice system, City Attorney Office, and crime victims and witnesses. Assess and identify client needs and ensures victim statutory rights are met. Provide assistance to and system advocacy for victims with information about criminal court procedures, victim rights, and community resources. Conduct outreach to the community, focusing on traditionally underserved populations, to provide education on crime victim rights and services.
